Last year I rewatched Utena and drew this poster. And... I think it's time to show it?? 🤺

Omg I love that Utena was one of the most bizarre and heartbreaking shows I’ve ever seen

Wait is this really in Philly? I assume it’s not part of the main collection? It’s so beautiful and I’ve never seen it before in my life despite going to the Philly museum 2-3 times a year

Backgrounds are lovely! I used to have to beg my students to have something, anything in the background

gorgeous! I stopped experimenting with oil paint brushes digitally a long time ago, but they behave so much more like actual oil now! Your piece makes me want to play with them again

Very cool! Art history background by any chance? Or are you just talented at making things look antique?

You guys, I’m so pleased with this animation I made of Mikhail Shaidorov! The music is Blossom by Ruiqi Zhao. And if it looks like Yuri on Ice… that’s because I like Yuri on Ice lol

Digital of Fig Faeth from fantasy high in grayscale meant to imitate pencil. She’s wearing a plaid skirt and holding a guitar and is sporting some tiefling horns.

An old drawing I made of Fig from Dimension 20. I also did a version where she’s just a guitarist. Also: I drew this almost entirely on my phone whenever I was stressed at my old job. #dimesion20 #fantasyhigh #dropout

Not the best drawings I have made, but this was the first time I seriously experimented with animation. This is a clip from a Starr Andrews skate I copied from grainy iphone footage. #figureskating #skating

I love it! Congrats on sticking with it; it isn’t even wobbly to my eye! I do have a one-armed friend who draws wobbly lines and she kind of turned it into her own style. It gives it a distinct flair a computer can’t copy.

Former artist, trying to relearn how my hands work after some neurological issues. So here's a wobbly portrait of myself, as an elephant holding a paintbrush and wearing my favorite singer's clown paint.

All screwups 100% organic!I used an enormous pencil for kindergarteners and everything, whee~

That’s awesome! How many frames is this, out of curiosity? I’ve started dabbling in animation on procreate and want to compare what I don’t with what other people do

It’s gorgeous! I’m working on an animation right now and I really underestimated how much time I’d need to put into the different poses skaters cycle through FAST. Like I knew but I didn’t respect it until I tried lol
