I will say the like first time I picked up Warframe in the past year or so the community has been super welcoming, the game is just intimidating but really fun looking when I watch others play it so I wanna go all in on it. Also the story that I have come across is impressive (ok I'll stop rambling)

I should probably find a video that can explain things to me but part of my fascination is finding things out as I go that surprise me. (example: punchy weapons). I am comfortable having no idea what I'm doing because I've been on the other end of that pipeline for D2. I just hope ppl are patient.

I am aware that there is an overarching story in Warframe I'm just slightly disconnected from it because this game isn't really beginner friendly but I think that comes with the territory for these open world looter shooters that have been around for over a decade.

I also discovered that closer range punch based melee weapons are a thing, I crafted some knucks and it feels super satisfying to just roll up on a dude and wail on em. I like the swords but something feels better about punching in this game.

Regarding Warframe: I've swapped from the Gauss someone gifted me my first day to switching between Rhino and Grendel. Something about the heavy, tanky frames speaks to my playstyle of just forward pushing gunplay.

As someone slowly transitioning from D2 to Warframe, I'm still so confused about the settings and systems. I turned off a bunch of the usual things like motion blur and particle stuff, and I edited the FOV. It still feels like my frame takes up the whole screen when I aim down sights though.

LEGO Party released late last year and I feel not enough people are playing this game. It's crossplay and couch co-op and it plays like a refined Marion Party. You can collect Minifigures and create your own little guy. I haven't betrayed this many people in a video game since Among Us. Delicious!
