also its good to know i'm not the only one. its been hecking hard lately, but im there with you, and if anything we have each other!

It's especially hard when there is no motivation to even get up, so for you to try and find ways, thats a good thing. Quality time with another is always a good thing, sometimes I push them away but they force theirselves (friendly) by giving me calls and checking up on me. Keep your chin up.
