Got to adventure with my new toy this weekend - my first full suspension and also my first carbon fiber bike. After riding hard tails so long it does take some getting used to.
Visiting a waterfall in the Pisgah National Forest as a detour on a mountain bike ride.
I went hiking in Baker Snoqualmie National Forest - no destination in mind. Here the quiet of the forest surrounding the trail was very peaceful.
The Bogachiel rain forest has a lot of little camping spots tucked away along the river. We set up camp in a beautiful stand of birch trees, surrounded by white bark swaying in the breeze.

Finally pulled the trigger and ordered my first full suspension mountain bike. My nether parts are going to thank me next time I hit the singletrack.
