Not sure how I feel, to be honest - The distinctions between tiers 1 and 2 don't feel very meaningful, and it's weird that "jank pile", "precon", and "optimized" can all fit into tier 1. Most of my decks are tier 1, but I certainly wouldn't say they're even in the same ballpark power-wise.

Maybe the playgroups I've been involved in are outside of the norm, but I've never found "Has an extra turn spell" to result in a meaningful power level difference - Yet that's the only distinction between brackets 1 and 2.
