It means that the rest of us still here have to burn all the brighter.

It is so clear that the USA is interfering in Canadian politics. This is EXACTLY the same playbook as the Fascist GOP.

First, we need to ban Fox News in Canada - they are poisoning the minds of the uneducated.

@CovidCaution
People being infected by this COVID wave and being surprised saying things like "COVID is back
" just makes me angry at this point.
It's like someone crying climate change is
"back":
"You guys. It's SO hot outside. I think climate change is back
It's like, so bad again."

I’ve heard people saying this since 2023

They seriously believe that COVID disappeared in 2022 when the gov’t lifted mask mandates

ā€œCOVIDā€ is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (the virus has never disappeared, it’s present all year round)

ā€œCOVIDā€ does NOT mean mask mandates or ā€œlockdownsā€

Seeing an awful lot of people sick with Covid right now.

Many saying ā€œCovid is backā€.

It never left. That’s why some of us are still advocating for mitigations.

Every infection is a dice roll with disability.

Wear a mask. Clean the air. Stay home when sick.

Do I enjoy wearing a respirator mask? Not especially.

Do I enjoy not getting or spreading Covid-19? Yes.

It’s never too late to start masking again.

If you’re worried about Covid or sick of being sick, a well fitted respirator is an excellent preventative tool.

Look for a local mask bloc if you can’t afford one, and reach out for help.

Most of us are happy to help you find the right mask

Measles is so bad that AHS is discontinuing their site specific warnings and just declaring the entire area an ā€œat risk of exposureā€ zone.

The MAHA movement is a war on health. It’s ā€œwellnessā€ on steroids & wellness has always been eugenics adjacent.

They’re taking away tools we need to maintain health, while using language that blames people for chronic illness.

You can’t ā€œhealthy livingā€ your way out of disability. You never could.

Yeah the lady who did the dental work was masked the whole time I wasn’t. Baggy blue but still… I could feel a good airflow from the ceiling vent too, so I think it’ll be ok. Also I booked for the first appointment of the day too.

It’s tough to do these kinds of medical appointments because of the risks of Covid. But I can’t put them off, I also need to look after and maintain my health. So all I can do is my best with all of this, and hope for the best.

Well, dental visit is done for this time. Once I got back to my car I did nasal spray and throat spray, both betadine. Then I used CPC mouthwash when I got home. So I’m hoping for the best. All we can do is try our best in this day and age.
