Our review of international use of mechanical restraint, out in European Psychiatry (AAM version, OA). We found a striking variation in prevalence, w/patterns vs other restrictive practice led by local policy/provision rather than differentiated evidence, in which big gaps exist. shorturl.at/n1j3k
