I often hear about Lambda functions that spend most of their time waiting on I/O. Built a demo on Lambda Managed Instances to test the cost math.

Fun weekend project. My brother runs a pipelaying crew. I built him a calculator app but every change went through me. So I built a Telegram bot that lets him describe what he wants in plain English. An AI agent handles the rest.

S3 Files just launched. Lambda functions can mount S3 buckets as a file system now.
I built AI code review agents on it with a full SAM template. Durable function orchestrator, two Strands agents, shared S3 Files workspace. Every IaC gotcha documented.
