Today CDOT and our counterparts in San Francisco & DC sent a joint letter to Lyft calling for a Bike Angels program that actually works in hybrid systems.

The current version is built for fully docked systems like Citi Bike in NYC. Our hybrid systems don’t get the same benefits. 🧵
