In a straight fight with no preparation or quick transformations, Omni-Man. However, with time to strategize and use his full arsenal (especially Alien X), Ben 10 would almost certainly overpower Omni-Man. It all depends on whether Ben can effectively use the Omnitrix in the heat of battle.
