“I killed them. I killed them all. They're dead, every single one of them. And not just the men, but the women and the children, too. They're like animals, and I slaughtered them like animals. I HATE THEM!”

For the record, whenever I see the word “pariah” my default mental image is of South American river fish with razor sharp teeth.

Facebook reminds me that on this day, September 23rd, in 2014, President Obama saluted a Marine while holding a latte. The horror.

The Political Scene | The New Yorker The Washington Roundtable is joined by the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Keren Yarhi-Milo, the dean of the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, to discuss...

Jimmy Kimmel and other late-night comedians have certainly said things about me that I found offensive, even outrageous.

It never crossed my mind to call up the networks and say, "Hey, get rid of this guy."

Because that's not how America works.

‘I Couldn’t Run Away From Being Monica Lewinsky’ In a conversation at The Atlantic Festival, the activist and podcast host spoke of herself as “a poster child for having survived shame.”

Republicans Are Mad That Democrats Are Confirming Lots Of Biden's Judges “No more Judges confirmed before Inauguration Day!” Trump said on social media. But Democrats are making judges a priority in the lame duck ― just like the GOP did, too.

Really fed up with this “It’s only OK if we do it” bullshit.

Dr. Oz tapped by Trump to oversee Medicare, Medicaid for millions Dr. Oz is another surprising choice with a background in TV.

CMS is a real job. Maybe a TV host can pretend to do some mid-tier cabinet position while a deputy does the real work. CMS is a technocratic job responsible for 6,000 employees, complicated billing policy, HIPAA, etc.

Dr. Oz knows how to do precisely none of that.

The image showcases a vast expanse of space, filled with countless stars and galaxies of various shapes and sizes. Some galaxies appear as bright, swirling spirals, while others are more distant and faint, mere smudges of light. This image offers a glimpse into the early universe, allowing us to explore the origins of our cosmos.

Webb's first deep field.
This is so deep space that if you'll look at this portion in the sky, you'll see complete darkness.

This is weird. On my tablet using the Dish app, MSNBC ch 209 keeps disappearing from the “News” tab, but is available under the “See All” tab during the live DNC convention. The next morning it’s back under the News tab. It’s happened both nights.
