Unfortunate things that happen under a time crunch (but we did fix it). I changed the power settings of the drawing to match all the others and found that too much power destroys 1.5mm MDF.

Exactly, and the tariffs are not helping

It takes less time to print 3/2/1.5mm flat components with no supports at all. And while you are building one section you could be printing the next.
