Disregarding the fact that its the first (non-finalized) patch, I gotta say Ive been liking it so far w/ Regent. Status and Forge card's feel way better now. Don't care for the nerfs too much either, but I've a smidge they'll revise a few changes. Find the new ver. of Prepared way more interesting.

I love pretty much all of the early Acts though. In particular, I can't, can't wait to see how nasty the Statue is on his highest scaling. Completely bonkers "super-elite," somehow one-ups Gremlin Nob (I feel) bc at least with the latter, a good damage card and pots did the trick well.

Regent feels like a more interesting Watcher. Slightly overtuned I think, but thats fine, they're Figuring It Out. All Ill say on them at this time

As for the new characters, I "enjoy" Regent, somewhat fascinated but kind of disappointed by Necrobinder. Mostly because I think the doom mechanic is kind of boring, but wouldnt be shocked if she ends up being my favourite. Lot of "Silent" isms in her kit though, hope her A20 feels good

I've just been playing all the characters in this somewhat tranquil state of mind, which might be the lower ascensions talking, but I've a smidge gut that this "tranquillity" isn't going to change much. Okay, no way thats going to be, but the fear is real. Posterity. Happy to be wrong here.

Firstly: Shockingly kinda mixed with it so far, but mostly positive. I love all of the new additions and system adjustments in theory, but I feel like, so far, these alone haven't fundamentally changed the character playstyles and how you build them, which I feel is giving the "mixed" feeling.

Very early thoughts on The One Card Game, 2nd Edition. Haven't pushed too far in yet, mostly A2s on all the rosters, so a lot of how I feel *will* change, but want to look back at how I feel once I inevitably get the 0s on those 2s
