There’s a great free app called myNoise. The “white noise&co” setting and equalizers to turn up the brown end of the spectrum are really good!

i should add i also tested it with cursor/gemini and the results did not work at all and it couldn't troubleshoot why! will def stick with gpt and claude to test AI coding
