I played a 1350 game of 40k tonight, my Drukhari v Blood Angels. The mission was Slay the Foe. The Raidera proced vuer fragile, but the Drukhari swept the Marines from the field and won a handy victory.

I found all of the components were too small for thst magnets I have, so instead I drilled a hole in the gunners hands and installed a pin on the guns. It's not brilliant, but it's good enough that they dont fall out during a game.

Thank you for the kind words! I would love to see what you come up with. The front piece is larger than an old jet bike, but perhaps you could splice two of them together. The rear engines were definitely pulled right from the Raider kit.

Those are two really nice looking armies.

I'll be honest, I was never a fan (except for the Inbubi and Talos), but they are kind of growing on me as I paint them. The amazing thing is thst I used bits from the Hand of the Archon box to convert a unit from the old models, and the scale and design still work together.

Precisely. They may be 30 year old models with some very questionable design choices, but their service is not done yet.
