In a time long gone, a Signalman watched the woodland animals just behind his small railway Halt. Eventually, he wrote hundreds of stories about the animals he observed. This is the story of "The Legend of Brackenlowe Halt"

I suppose Hull isn't really known for it's creativity (except when it won the City of Culture a few years ago) but we are getting a very positive response from the local creative community. We've been working on this for 6 months just to get to this early stage!

Update: I have launched "The Brackenlowe Halt Project" - a community arts project for creatives that will eventually deliver FREE children's stories and activity packs to all schools, nurseries and educational organisations via a soon-to-be-built website. I'm so excited it's all coming together!
