Polycam is very easy to use for shure and as a beginner it is probably the best
For desktop there is now reality capture for free as a hobbyist or make less than 1m
The open source alternative would be mesh room but it is also probably the most difficult to use option

Zbrush is an old af program so there are alot of pipelines build opon it Alredy + also the fact that there are curently alot of pepole more trained in zbrush than blender in that field but you can totally do a similar thing in blender.
