I guess SpaceX will have the $10B in cash if it successfully IPOs this summer. I wouldn’t want $60B in sh*tco stock that is a certainty.
Cursor mgmt sold a call on the company with a $60B strike for $10B expiring in less than 9 months!
I have no idea what Cursor is worth but I would definitely sell calls on that strike price.
If five years wasn't so far out, I would insist we make a bet out of it. I am always game for some action, and an Alex Jones tin foil hat conspiracy level turn is definitely worth betting on.
There is a bit of sketchy math in here and likely inflating of contracts (it is NJ govt spending after all) but a supposed breakdown of the costs. bsky.app/profile/chri...
This is monstrous. Just profoundly shameful behavior by our government.

They fucking dump Bondi on a weekday before 5pm. Patel thinks he’s being canned when he weird nosies in the bathroom.
And Gabbard is allowed 6 months to steal all the intelligence she can and stuff it in a suitcase before she leaves the country for good?
Enzo Fernandez said the grass looked greener on the other side and he is supposed to be a captain. What kind of leadership is that? www.espn.com/soccer/story...
If I had to manage that group, I would look like a senior citizen by now.
Yep, if they were smart, and I can say with confidence after flying into EWR and riding NJT to NYC every month for the past four years, that they are not, they should discount fares within NJ in order to incentivize peeps to stay in NJ instead of NYC. No surprise they cannot figure that out.
Interesting except that $12mm that is being expensed is really a capital investment that will be used for regular passengers in the future. No one running an actual business would expense all of that but ok.
Considering how legendarily corrupt and incompetent the previous two mayors were, just picking the low hanging fruit makes Mayor Mamdani look like a rock star.
How in any world does a full train from Penn Station to Secaucus only breakeven at $150 per passenger? This is beyond "subsidizing" tourists attending the games.
It really is an impossible choice.
No rally after hours. All medtech stocks are sad on the comments from $UNH that it is raising pricing and "focusing on profitability" which can only mean less health care utilization. HC insurers were patsies the last several years and now are getting their ships in order.
it’s so funny that the drunk tv host in charge of the military is like “real warriors don’t need vaccines” when all the greatest generals in history would have done anything for a jab that kept their armies safe from disease
Interesting.
Big hit: Luftansa Group is canceling 20,000 flights starting in June to generally unprofitable routes over the course of the next 6 months, reducing jet fuel consumption by ~13 million gallons
CHRIS WRIGHT: What happens when the wind blows right now? We turn down natural gas plants and we save 2 cents in reduced natural gas price. We pay a 4 cent subsidy and save 2 cents
WYDEN: What you are describing is fiction
We have a soybean farmer in charge of geoeconomic warfare.

BREAKING: Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick has resigned from Congress just before the House Ethics Committee was set to announce sanctions.

"Part of the reason the weaponization work has been difficult is that you need people who are MAGA and who are really competent," said Chad Mizelle, former chief of staff for Bondi. "Many career prosecutors are not interested in this kind of work. It's a very small group of people."

Yet again I remind everyone (as Elizabeth does in her very next tweet) that "foreigners are corrupting our pure blood with weakness & disease" is Fascism 101. Not some variant, not some metaphorically similar thing, not some echo -- the thing itself.
The bag of coffee I buy for my wife every Sunday afternoon at the grocery store has gone from $8 to $12 since the fall. Sets my teeth on edge.
GALLEGO: Earlier today, you told Sec. Kennedy that Trump never demanded you to cut interest rates. Is that your sworn testimony?
WARSH: That is, senator.
GALLEGO: Okay. Well someone here is lying then. Because Trump confirmed he pressed you on interest rate cuts.
