I thought then it was only fair for me to play Bastion, Transistor and Pyre. Not only they are great games on their own but it has been very interesting to see common elements across all games, like Idols/Limiters/Titan Stars/Pact of Punishment/Oath of The Unseen.

I was late to the party and only started playing Hades in late 2024 after my gf gifted it to me. Immediately fell in love with it and played it for 200+ hs while I waited for Hades II full release. Hoo boy, Hades II, loved every second of it and it became one of my favourite games ever.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but whatever.

There's VERY FEW things in life that we cannot change, don't stress about things that can be fixed one way or another.

Totally do it! I class it as portfolio work anyhow, because it's great to show your problem solving skills with technical art and making your workflow more efficient!

thank you! tbh the way I learned Python was through a desire to build an auto-rigging system, then brute forcing the Maya documentation and converting each step-by-step action into a line of code. lots of time spent forgetting to eat in favour of figuring out what I did wrong and retracing my steps🤣
