Joshua for the first time went and it was deep, swam in the sea with myself off the Moray Firth and he loved it so brave over coming his fear. I have to say there is something so invigorating about the cold water on the body. He just wanted to do it many times like I.

Bit of Mindfulness whilst walking along the beach.
Just watched the film Das Boot, shot in 1981 and in subtitles, what a really good gripping film, that is well shot, atmospheric and at times leaves you feeling claustrophobic. Worth a watch. Thanks to my gym buddy for recommending it.
The scene with De Niro and Pacino in the diner, in the movie Heat just shows what great actors they are.
Flicking through movies and stumbled across one called The Conversation starring the late Gene Hackman. Really good.
Retro games night tonight.
What exactly are we doing in training as that was lacking in any quality, subs did nothing either. Hearts should have won that. Elgin is a banana skin, before that lot. Am I allowed to criticise JT….
Anyone looking for a good action thriller on Netflix, I know late to the party, anyway it’s called Night Agent.
Home for Hogmanay, bottle of red and probably one of the best sequel ever made to date. Godfather 2.
Have to say Sonic 3 is the best of the Sonic movies to date. Nice trip with Joshua and good to see a busy Cineworld today.
He’s been on the Santa tracker all day, even checked last night 😂. This is what makes it all worth it, Merry Christmas all when it comes, love and peace brothers and sisters x.
Watching not for the first time the movie Equaliser. Denzal Washington, is so cool in this role, a great actor.
Al Pacino returned as Michael Corleone. However, before he signed on, he told Coppola he wasn’t keen on the script. Coppola spent an entire weekend rewriting the screenplay and Pacino was on board.

Here's your daily reminder that bookstores keep the love of reading alive — but they also keep neighborhoods beautiful. They are places to gather, to celebrate stories, to find community.
Please do your holiday shopping at your local independent bookstore, if you are lucky enough to still have one.
