Onfim’s drawing of himself on horseback as a warrior defeating an enemy.

Two of Onfim’s works. On the left is a copy of a passage from the Book of Psalms he did for schoolwork. On the right is an apparently autobiographical depiction of a monster labeled with “I am a wild beast.”

Some more spelling practice by Onfim with some human figures who have round heads and varying numbers of fingers on their big hands.

Onfim’s writing practice accompanied by 7 little people in his particular drawing style, who tend to have very big hands with many fingers.

Nice AI-image-generating tool, but it will never be as great an artist as Onfim, a child who lived in the Novgorod Republic in the mid-1200s and who scribbled these drawings and schoolwork writings on birch bark at the age of 6 or 7.

hi, i’m expealidocious (expe)!🕊️🇲🇽 i’m a digital and traditional artist, and while i largely do fanart (recently of critical role), i’ve been developing my own original story/characters as well!

YEAR OF THE HORSE A lunar new year illustration created by the artists hazelbud and YerLakar. It shows a horse drawn in a grainy red texture with blurred edges. The horse is positioned facing the viewer with one hoof stopped on the ground and another raised in the air. It's head curves in front of its body, with its main spiking out. A reign is attached to its face but has shattered at the end. Surrounding the horse is a green outline glow, and the background consists of the traditional Chinese character for horse (馬) in a faint red, patterned around. In the right hand character there is a pink 馬 that stands out from the others. Framing the piece are pieces of red rope that form knots, but are all ultimately lose or untied in some way. In the left corner are two green and pink banners that form the phrase 'I WILL NOT BE' and at the bottom is the pink word 'CONSTRAINED' bordered by two light green and grey chains that shatter at their ends.

TREE An illustration by Hazel Budzinski. The main focus of the piece is a large tree, with branches that twist in and out of each other. Tied around branches are golden braids of varying lengths. The tree has lichen and moss upon it's branches, and surrounding this tree are turquoise ghostly visages of other trees. There is a grain to the illustration, overall giving a feeling of a flash photo taken at night, or something taken with a night camera.

GUINEVERE A fanart illustration of the character Guinevere from Knights of Guinevere, made by Hazel Budzinski. It shows a blue female figure floating in the air, back facing the floor, unnaturally long arms dangling down with her knees tucked upwards. Wires curve up and around her limbs, with one stabbing into her left wrist and wriggling inside, another into her neck, one into her belly, with others posed at the ready. Her neck is unnaturally turned towards the viewer as though it’s broken, an uncanny smile and wide staring eyes on her face. Behind her is a pink palace, hazy and ethereal.
