Season of Discovery was Blizzard's attempt at Classic+, and it was a giant bowl of dogwater. Their next Classic+ is gonna be SoD 2.0, made by the same idiots with no concept of what Vanilla is about or what a Classic+ should be. They know Turtle WoW did it better than they ever could, so they sued.
I started off wanting to try TWoW about a year ago, and somehow wound up HC raiding with the coolest guild I've found playing WoW. TWoW was what I dreamed about when I thought Classic+. I'm glad I got to experience it before it shut down. Blizzard could never top this, so they called their lawyers.
There's nothing like having something I need to do to get me to do something else I needed to do.

X and Y rotations are locked, and I use Z stiffness to control how the bow bends. Because a bowstring is always taut, it doesn't need to be subdivided apart from the center. The inner vertex of the drawstring is weighted slightly to the root bone so the bowstring doesn't get squished when drawn. 2/2

I am working bows right now using a rig I made a while ago. It uses an IK bone representing the draw, which all the bones in the rig follow. There is a bone at every point where the bow bends i.e at every subdivision. The more subdivisions and bones, the smoother the curve. 1/2

It's in early stages, mainly focusing on 3d modeling and animation now. The plan is for it to be an action RPG called Wolf Carcass (working title). The dwarf is a class called Highlander, so he's modular for the sake of equipment.
