as much as i would love to see the US finally take over tim hortons once and for all, i can't imagine this would be beneficial to republicans and growing their base (unless this is just a clever way to deflect from actually delivering to the american people once again bc they still can't govern)
even though we all saw this coming, it is so jarring to see crackpot ventures like this be trump's obsession instead of giving an ounce of effort to - i don't know - improve the lives and wellbeing of americans
