Just been for dinner at the Apprentice, Edinburgh College’s training restaurant where everything is prepared by their Professional Cookery students. Delicious food and amazing value at £18 for 4 courses. (The purple lighting doesn’t really do it justice.)
I've long been curious about this. I bought a small stack of books last time I was in there, but would have still felt awkward asking!
