this is an overly elaborate way of saying: when are the players from the Euroleague playoffs set to arrive? is it different per player/per team they were on? when should we expect cuts to accommodate those players as a result? (since most of the late arrivers are also on protected contracts)

I'm interested in the timeline of training camp vs the players that are late to arrive, given the 18 player limit! Valks have a LOT of players in camp, but also some late arrivals. (will there have already been cuts by the time the newsletter goes out, for example?)
