"Pick a background" all images have the same pokemon berries and flowers foreground, a block of grass and sky background. In this case the example is of an afternoon sky and the grass for meadow, seashore, alpine and sky. There's sky backgrounds for morning, evening and night as well but I can only upload 4 pics in here at once. For the other backgrounds please check the ko-fi link

The example image for the illustration, "Add your favorite pokemon buddy". You can select up to 3 small simple pokemon for an extra 5 usd cost, or one big pokemon for an extra 10 usd cost. Big pokemon can still have 2 extra small ones for their respective price.

Guess who fell for the pokopia hype and is doing a YCH? This guy. Either way! Base price is $35, add $5 for a small pokemon (up to 3) or $10 for a big pokemon (just 1, but you can add 2 small ones too!)
