Does anyone else describe pain with emotions like irritable, crank, tiring, angry, and sad rather than throbbing, stabbing, or achy or dull?

I went way too long before I sought out cough drops.
It is a subtle slide from fatigue relating to meals, to frustration that eating is a thing that must happen but all ideas of food don't sound good, and 2 bites I'm full but also starving, and then a full on toddler tantrum at all mealtimes.

After a month of loathing the need to eat, I sucked on 2 cough drops with zinc, and now food is just food, and while cooking, cleaning, meal prep and deciding what to eat is mental load eating is not the worst part of my day.

No More Tears was great. Scary in learning how J&J kept their halo while being pretty evil.
