I should add that from my perspective irregular migration in itself is not necessarily a bad thing but there are safer and better ways of handling it.

Not even the slightest hint of doubt from me.

Every single element of their immigration policy is a huge cluster frack.

Initially the perceived problem was with irregular immigration, and everything labour is doing is going to make that worse and they know it.

When in halls of residence at uni, the post was put on pigeon boxes by block in the office. We were reminded each term that collecting all the post and taking it back to the block was illegal.

Removal of post, any post, is postal theft.

I suppose I should add that if they can turn on one part of the community so easily, it will not take much before they turn on the rest - so anyone still supporting Stonewall, needs to take a long hard think about what they are supporting.

Hmm, how long before there is a merger between the two?

Cannot believe i actually supported Stonewall for the last 5 years only for them to throw my dearest under the bus.

Frack them, that support died as soon as I read that person's interview.

Different reasons maybe, but both of us rarely go to the Dr. So we are as bad as each other, or from the NHS perspective, good, as we dont cost much, lol

Then again I am just as bad, as I have been told I have mild PTSD (nb I dont like thinking about it that way as to me, whether true or not, referring to it that way undermines real PTSD cases). I keep putting off doing anything about it, and as I know how to avoid the triggers doesnt feel an issue

I have advised her to do so. She might sometime, but at the moment I feel she still hasn't got used to the NHS and still has a fear that something like that will cost a fortune (she is from philipinnes where even a simple dr visit costs).

Strangely enough I have naff all tolerance for those intolerant, ignorant people.

My wife has undiagnosed ADHD, yes it can be frustrating for others and herself, but you make adjustments. At the same time it can be hugely beneficial.

The only people who are likely to be hurt are those with zero tolerance and are unable to accept other people can be different.

My worry is that by remaining with labour she could find herself without a parliamentary voice at the next election, which would be a huge loss. However that will depend on her constituents and the general feel come '29.

Sometimes it is better to stay in the organisation to push for change from within, other times leaving can have the effect you want.

Nadia comes accross as a good person and her heart is in the right place. It is really up to her to do what she feels is best to get the right outcome.

Blooming heck dont tell me I need to dig out my microscope to find my violin again and the bribe a couple of bacteria with a drop of blood to the play a wee sad tune for Trumpetta.

Already have a DD for GLP

Hanging Trumpetta and his minions is too quick.

Locked up in the wost prison, with no communication with anyone and the best medical care possible, for the rest of his days, paid for from his and his family's funds would be far more satisfying.

The response will then determine which direction I suggest I get sent - the opposite one to them. To me having to put up with thise litter runts for eternity would be hell.

Ignoring the minor detail that I dont believe in heaven or hell, if it turns out that such crap is true and I arrive at the supposed pearly gates, before anyone can make any judgment I will be asking one question. Which way did those twats go?

Anyone who voted for brexit and is now complaing that their retirement plans in the EU are, at best, more complicated - oh didums, tough sh1t. Your vote made your bed, forced the rest of us in it, such it up and live with it.

Ignorance is not acceptable, the information and warnings were available

In the case of my wife and I, there is also the tax from our business, which may be a small business but still pays a reasonable amount of tax each year.

These hard right, xenophobic policies aren't just morally wrong, they are seriously economically flawed.

This government can frack off.

In the case of family visas, it isn't just the person on the visa whi may end up leaving the UK, it is the partner as well. Based on the fact that in order to sponsor a family visa, the sponsor must meet the MIR, currently set at 29k that is also a lot of tax revenue potentially being lost.

We also have a speed limiter in tge cars and set it to the speed limit based on the GPS. Not that we drive to that speed, just to play safe.

I would imagine most police cars you GPS for speed determination, so if that says 21, in a 20 zone, you are over the limit regardless of what your dash says

We have a dash cam in both our cars which shows the speed determined by GPS and it is between 5 to 10% lower than the speed shown by the car.

Poor small minded little children, I guess they have never looked at the range of sausages available in any supermarket. Chicken sausages have been available for decades (I worked for a company that made them in 1990).
A sausages roll is just a sausage with the skin replaced with pastry.

Went to Antalya last summer and amongst the many things I loved about it was all the lovely friendly cats and everyone putting food out for them.

Amazing place with friendly people, who care about the local friendly cats.

Hardback books feel so much better to hold and as I tend to reread them, last a lot better.

1 week ago 0 0 0 0

At the moment I dont buy that many books, but when I do I very much prefer hardback books.

Text books which are likely to be out of date in a few years can be paperbacks, but novels, biographies and books which are will last need to be hardbacks.

... public will to deal with environmental issues at root.

I am now one of those older environmentalists, and I learnt that small fact a long time ago.

Whilst we focus on greed the environment is fracked. Get the basics right and the rest, including the environment, will follow.

1 week ago 0 0 1 0

To save the environment, first you need to deal with the causes and at this moment in time poverty, lack equality and hate are the biggest problems we need to take care of. If those can be brought under control and there is more prosperity overall as a result then there will be money and more ...
