I think it's cool that the Mario Galaxy games basically perfectly parallel each other now, every weakness one has is balanced by a strength in the other game, these might actually be my favorite Mario games period thinking about it.

Thinking about the ways Galaxy 1 and Galaxy 2 parallel each other, and I think I genuinely have come around to Galaxy 2 being "the blue sky" game. It's not out of spite towards Galaxy 1, it's a respectful parallel to that original story, even down to the opening setpieces' contrasting times of day

I think the funniest thing Nintendo could do for Mother 3's anniversary is finally make it available to play on a US storefront but it's just the raw untranslated ROM on the GBA app that you could always access with the Japanese version of the app.
