The MAC is directly contacting Family route migrants to obtain feedback as part of the ongoing Minimum Income Requirement review. My details were passed along to the MAC as I used this personal email address for a further leave to remain application on the Family route in December 2023.
Grateful to Scotland’s Equalities Minister @kaukabstewart.bsky.social for calling on the UK Government to change the family visa rules.

Mind you, this has come about as a result of contacting the resolution team numerous times, being told conflicting advice from them about what to do to correct the status, etc and then finally submitting an error report when the service was opened.
In the ongoing, frustrating saga of correcting the immigration status on my #eVisa (from Dependant, I'm on the Family route), the Home Office has advised that I not make travel arrangements until this is fixed. Thankfully, I'm not going anywhere for Christmas!
