Been sick all week, opted to try and make something vaguely mexican-ish, just picked a meat, an onion, a bell pepper, spices, herbs, and drizzled some sauce over tortillas. I devoured this stuff but man I needed like 5 napkins each time.

Been a minute, but meal prepped again, sausage peppers, carrots, cooked and raw garlic, bed of onions and rice, all with a savory spicy sauce, I chopped the sausage and marinated it like 2 days ago in front of my PC so I could hear a podcast lmao
What i cooked up today. My PC died so I had all evening to whip up whatever, made the whole week's dinner, just a pork stirfry with a spicy soy garlic sauce
Bed of rice, then a layer of onions, then half a can of spam cooked, drizzled with a soy glaze, this is easily one of the best things I've cooked in a minute. Small plate made food look huge

Saw a random cooking video where someone said pouring garlicy chili oil over dumplings rocks, and they were right, just some chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and a grated garlic clove, it's heavenly
