I was gifted my grandmother’s nativity scene and, long before I got it, key pieces got lost or broken.
As we set it up this year I realized it’s basically down to a bunch of dudes standing around going “Me?!? No, you change him! Did you bring diapers? Myrrh? What am I supposed to do with myrrh?”
I know everyone talks about how they grew up thinking quicksand was going to be a big issue for them but I’m more disappointed in the lack of dune buggies in my life. I was promised dune buggies.
