Whither symbols in the era of advanced neural networks? Some of the strongest evidence that human minds should be thought of in terms of symbolic systems has been the way they combine ideas, produce novelty, and learn quickly. We argue that modern neural n...

Memory Encoding and Retrieval: Rethinking how memories are retrieved Patterns of neural activity called theta oscillations have a role in memory encoding but – contrary to current thinking – do not appear to have a role in memory retrieval.

And how in the heck dare you say something like this account has none to do with this person while all you use in your videos is solely this person's image?

I recently encountered several youtube channels posing AI-generated videos in which some impactful public intellectuals said something they had never spitted out their mouth according to my knowledge, let me remind y'all, this is also one way of distroying knowledge and truth.

I-langage is hierarchical, according to Chomsky, but I-language has none to do with WMC. I mean, there must be some sort of relation between the two, but WMC does not seem to be a genuine explanation of this universal hierarchical-ness.

Just read the abstract, the result is interesting, but I think the claim that "genuinely explaining the universal hierarchical nature of HL" might be too strong. The question is "Why is human language hierarchical?".

I agree that he should cite works of Marcolli et al. (or at least should mention it), possibly a common bad habbit of guys from the industry.

Yeah, I noticed that a very similar conclusion concerning the compatibility of LLM and GG is reached. Marcolli et al. had already proved that, hope his proof is from an independent ground. I'm not sure yet if AI is involved here, some said so.
Just started reading the paper, need to dig deeper.
