I start with a blank page every day for design. Research and sourcing a real mood board always gives me enough to complete my work. Plus I can defend my decision making, because I actually made decisions.

People who say "AI is great for getting past a blank page" have clearly never had an original thought in their life. It allows you to USE YOUR BRAIN to plan what you're working on and truly understand it. It robs you of true understanding because you shift from being the author to being the editor.

You think they would let it go a la cart and everyone builds their own "plan" according to what they want? Personally Riot doesn't appeal to me and Ubi/EA I can take or leave. This could work, but marketing that will probably be the biggest challenge.

True, the concept was better than the product. I've used their cloud gaming to play games on my phone. It works well for simple games like Balatro, but I'd never want to load up a FPS on cloud 🫠

This is a very interesting read. I personally thought the 'This is an Xbox'campaign was a brilliant way to highlight console and cloud services. The ecosystem and meeting gamers where they're at was Xbox's strength. But I totally understand the pivot if teams didn't follow her leadership.
