Zia Yusuf must be thrilled with these recent defections then. Cue another 24 hour sulk off and return?
Non-protesting dad just trying to hustle his kids, as young as 6mo, out of the neighborhood. ICE threw a flash-bang INTO HIS car, all 6 kids in the hospital now.
If anyone wondered how things turn against occupying armies there's a case study playing out in front of you.
All these Reform defections are short term gains which undermine their core selling point - which is change.
Why would the country elect a party full of all the same washed-up, scandal-hit former Tory ministers they just kicked out of office?
Opens the space for both a Labour and Tory recovery
Trump saying that NATO is nothing without America. Italian response:
Meloni "so should we shut down your bases, cut trade, or just storm McDonald’s?"

That awkward moment when your past foreign policy faceplants in real time.

'Hypocrite' Nigel Farage didn't pay £44k stamp duty then blasted Angela Rayner

Putin is weak and useless. That’s why he causes chaos all over the world. His way of not looking like such a failure as a leader is to make other countries look worse, so Russia doesn’t look as shit in comparison.
Nigel Farage looks uncomfortable as Jamie Raskin uses his opening statement to absolutely demolish him
The man who has put up the most England flags in Manchester was caught in 2016 trying to smuggle 4 Vietnamese people into the UK.
Now he is out of prison hanging up flags.
Any old grift.
Her sentence followed guidelines. Personally, particularly with prisons so crowded, I’d have liked to see doing several hundred hours of Community Payback, anonymously painting community centres or litter picking rather than becoming the Rights new ‘political’ martyr.
Polling on Lucy Connolly tweet following her release finds that 35% think her sentence too harsh, but the majority of Brits: 52% say it was about right or too lenient. Most 2024 Reform voters say too harsh, Tory voters split harsh or lenient/about right. Most Labour/LD/Green the latter
Unless they already have a lifetime ban!
Seems slogans like that can get you elected 🤷♂️
Seems that’s true of enough of the public to give him a massive majority under our current electoral system.
And how many UK voters buy into his simplistic ‘common sense’ solution to a complex international challenge.
REFORM 2025 LTD Treasurer's Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 As the current Treasurer of Reform Party appointed in February 2025 replacing the previous Treasurer, Mehrtash A'zami, I put forward the annual Treasurer's Report for the year ending 31st December 2024. This report aims to provide an overview of the financial activities and achievements by the party during the year. The accounts included show the Party received donations from both individuals and corporates, amounting to a total of £10,206,321 (2023; £1,345,614) and that these donations included £2,995,660 reported to the Electoral Commission (2023: £295,000.00). Total expenditure during the year reported as £9,314, 587 (2023: £1,326,815). IS As in the past, during the year ending 31 December 2024, Reform launched a few successful fundraising campaigns and have increased individual and corporate contributions as the numbers clearly demonstrate. The party has continued to strengthen its membership base leading to a notable increase in membership subscriptions fees as well. This growth in membership demonstrates the growing trust and engagement of the public with the Party's objectives and direction.
Right. I'm going through Reform UK's accounts for 2024.
Huge jump in income from donations: "The accounts included show the Party received donations from both individuals and corporates, amounting to a total of £10,206,321 (2023; £1,345,614)"
Say whatever you like as long as it’s only to ‘provoke debate’. 🤔
British press barons for British people. 😉🇬🇧
“While we understand the clear potential for offence, our assessment found that the brief use of this language was, in our view, employed to provoke debate, and was likely to be in line with audience expectations for this channel and show.” 🤷♂️
This is probably the episode that I would Clockwork-Orange-force every Labour politician to listen to.
The amount of work that went into this 75 minutes almost killed me. I hope you get a lot of joy and insight from it. x
Far from solving problems, Reform UK invent them...
The stoking of divisions and spread of misinformation is dangerous for our democracy and our communities.

Trump is making announcements that will hit his core supporters hard. It's as if he's indifferent to the future prospects of Republicans in elections. But he is, of course. He's not running a government; he's running a coup, and elections are not on his agenda. www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2025/02...
