Soft skills need constant training. Knowing once own bias, etc.

exactly. 👏 i prefaced the research paper by adding “critical thinking skills” as one of the most important soft skills in my opinion. if you don’t have self awareness to correct yourself and speak with clarity it is very hard to practice any other soft skills.
