We can spend everything we have on Defence, but it won't make a difference. Private contractors are getting hefty sums, and leaving the service almost empty of cash. You want to increase our defences? Pay on delivery. And only on delivery. It's a gravy train.

He eventually got help by standing on a bridge on the railings over a motorway. Only then they got help.

Sometimes your eyes flick open in the morning and you just know you could take on the world. You would conquer all who oppose you, and be victorious in all your ventures.

I don't know about you, but if my Doctor had disembodied figures emerging from a light behind him, and wore robes and thought he could help by poking me with his tiny fingers, I'd probably want a second opinion.
