I am saying this because I am now in a household that exclusively has like five vegetables and nothing else because eggs sound fantastic right now instead of mushroom porridge
Eggs and kale actually go pretty well together and are an alright way of sneaking vegetables into your breakfast if you’re like me and really want to eat more vegetables but have the unrefined palate of a five yr old. Put in a little bit of gruyere maybe some onion and you are living like a king
