My last week in San Francisco will be the first week of May. I want to go to this before I leave. Anyone want to come with me?

Screenshot of the site, imitating an old museum: the background imitates some olds school ancient marble, a terminal with a green on black spam email is sitting on a pedestal, the description "First SPAM Email " and details of the art are available on the right. The whole visual identity gives some old ancient statue cliché museum vibes.

Internet artifacts: an online museum dedicated to the history of internet, with artifacts such as the first mp3 song, the first pizza delivery site, and more. Also, does anyone remember guest books?

I've tried before and failed, but nevertheless I will try again to convince an org not to put toasts/snackbars in their design system—because they are bad.

I'm working on something related to form validation. It led me to notice that submit buttons have some limited support for constraint validation. What's the use case? How could you use it effectively for something? Has anyone done it?

man, i’ve been blocking us on launching to the public, against jack’s wishes, until we get moderation tooling built out. i’ve been pushing the team on it for months. here’s a post i wrote march 2 on how we’re invite-only to protect user safety.

Tip: Chrome DevTools > Lighthouse visualizes what's in the JavaScript you ship with a Treemap 🔥 e.g. Bluesky is using React Native Web, MobX and Lodash.

This tooling helps you understand what's unused, module sizes and if you have duplicate dependencies.
