yea, now you have to hold down the sleep button AND press either the volume up or volume down button. one of them takes a screenshot, the other opens a pop up that asks you if you want to restart your phone or turn it off completely. a long press on android will usually force restart into bootloader

I was updated a few times. But like 6-8 months in between always saying next week it'll be complete. When I message directly asking for any new updates or a refund there is no response for months. When there is a response it doesn't even answer the previous refund request or anything.
