A joy about playing Tabletop RPGs is when a rare opportunity comes where you can bring an old character out of retirement.
Everyone's favourite Minotaur Decker makes his return to Shadowrun. He decks (hacks) your mainframes, and decks (punches) your face. He's a Double Decker!

Just your annual Public Service Announcement, from the most famous man in the 90s arcade scene, William S. Sessions.
Remember kids, drugs are bad.
The almighty Super Metroid debuted 32 years ago today, and still remains a titan of it's genre.
To have decades of Metroidvanias come out in tribute to Super Metroid, but only a handful actually climb to greater heights, that speaks volumes for the quality of this game.
Top 4 Friday: Light Gun Games!
I absolutely adore light gun games, and it's a shame that modern televisions just make them impossible to play. Just more proof that CRTs are still the king of TVs.
What are you favourite Light Gun games?
Up to 12 games now for a console I still don't own lol. With Sony continuing to raise their price for an already overpriced console, maybe I'll get one when I'm at 24 games, or 50!
This past weekend, I finally pulled the trigger on the single greatest Soccer game ever made, Super Mario Strikers!
I remember borrowing this from a friend and expecting to be "eh, whatever" on it.
Oh no, hours went by, and I just kept playing game after game after game.
A look inside the head of your favourite goblin (me!)
Had someone share this with me yesterday, and finally worked through it today. No duplicates! Otherwise, it would be nothing but DOOM!
Fill it out and share yours in the comments!

It's Saturday night, prime time gaming time! So what are you staying up late playing this weekend?
Me? Still hopelessly addicted to Fallout 3. Explored everything on the map, so now starting the expansions. Saving the main quest for last, as always.
Top 4 Friday: Puzzle Games!
Tetris will forever be the GOAT, but Puzzle Challenge gets real close. It was my introduction to the Panel De Pon series that I also love dearly. Puzzle Fighter is also an addictive game that I'll lose hours to. Tumblestone is such a hidden gem, too!
You know what sucks? Simulation Racing games.
You know what doesn't suck? Gran Turismo 3.
I can't tell you how this gem takes such a boring genre, and yet makes you addicted to it where you lose days, and weeks getting new licenses, cars, and upgrades.
It's probably the OST.
I have a soft spot for shadow boxes like this. I only have a few, but they're all special to me.
I remember seeing a fan-made one based on the intro shot of Super Castlevania IV, and I regret not buying it everytime I see a shadow box, haha.
What are your thoughts on these?
My god, look at this beauty. Deus Ex, one of the most influential video games ever made, and absolutely peak of the Immersive Sim genre.
Buddy of mine found it for $10! Then shipped it cross-country to me for a steal! This also comes with the OST, which is still top tier.
I've always tinkered with the idea of making a "No Creatures In The 99" Commander deck, and the latest Strixhaven set seems to really push that idea. All the Elder Dragons have crazy spell manipulation mechanics. Buy Aziza here, in Boros, I think this is what I'm going with.
Hope everyone's Easter was full of chocolate and fun!
Speaking of bunnies, is there a more threatening bunny than Daisy here? For those that don't know, DOOMguy had a pet bunny, named Daisy. Mess with her, you mess with him. No one in Hell wants that.
The Elder Scrolls Online turns 12 today, and remains the only MMO that still brings me back every few years to experience new content.
Admittedly, I only care for new Morrowind stuff, with a side bit of Skyrim too, which seems to be getting a new zone now. Hm, time for a return?
Top 4 Friday: Games To Play On A Rainy Day
April showers are very much a thing, so when the rain is pouring and canceling plans, what games did you play, or associate with having a rainy day?
Yet again, the complete opposite of what's supposed to happen, happens. As of today, Sony has once again INCREASED the MSRP of their consoles, SIX years after it came out.
Most consoles were $100-$200 after being on the market for this long.
I say this again, we need a crash.
The best April Fools joke in gaming debuted 12 years ago today!
What started as a joke trailer a year prior, Coffee Stain saw the reaction, and took 12 months to turn it into a real, beautifully broken sandbox game, and I absolutely adore this game.
With the end of the month here, time for a monthly pick ups post!
Rounding out some missing Evercade carts, finally found Lumo on Vita, new RoboCop variant, and some new GOTY contenders for the Series X.
What goods did you gobs get this March?
My playgroup had our latest deckbuilding challenge battle royale tonight.
We had to build someone else's Commander, for under $50!
I chose Aminatou, and went with a Shrine build to accrue value as the game went on. Turns out, she's good enough to take home the big W tonight!
Is there a better trilogy on PS2 than the first three Ratchet & Clank games?
No, no there isn't. But what would you say is second place? Jak? Sly? GTA? TimeSplitters? So many to choose from!
Yesterday the 3DS turned 15 years old, so time for an updated picture of my 3DS collection!
Up to 90 games so far, only 10 off from hitting triple digits.
What 10 games should I add to round out this pile to a nice even 100 games?
Top 4 Friday: Wrestling Games!
T'is the season for Slams, Suplexes, and Spears. So what are the best Wrestling games you've ever played?
They truly don't make them like they used to anymore, so the classics here will always own the yard.
Strixhaven spoilers reveal another one of the new Elder Dragons today, and this might be the most interesting one yet! Sprout Swarm about to skyrocket in price, right?
24 years ago today, the now famous From Software released their last truly great game, King's Field: The Ancient City!
Maybe one day they'll revisit the King's Field franchise (or Shadow Tower), but until then, nothing they've done currently has lived up to their original games.
The PlayStation Portable turns 21 today! So here's an updated shot of my modest PSP collection. Still a few oddities I'm after, like the two King's Field games, the Coded Arms sequel, and Ys Seven. Still, very happy with where my PSP collection is!
Got a new custom deck box earlier this week, themed for Michelangelo!
This deck box is a big boy, that's for sure. Now all I have to do is decide on a Mikey to build for it. Choosing 1 out of the like 17 different cards he has, haha.
The "Top Gob" here at Game Goblin turns 38 today!
With an unrivaled knowledge of video games, and unending passion for connecting people to their favourites games for over 18 years, he is the driving force behind making this business the success it is.
So Happy Birthday, Ozz!
Top 4 Friday: First-Person Shooters (That Aren't DOOM)
Look, we all know DOOM is the GOAT, so to free up a slot, let's shine the light on your favourite FPS's that aren't DOOM.
Super Metroid made it's Japanese debut today back in 1994. Who knew the genre-defining effect this game would have when it was new. It still holds up as one of the titans of the Metroidvania genre.
