I like to use it when my party fights eldritch spooky enemies,
But i could seem it being great for any sort if horror campaign if you used it properly.

It’s called biodata sonification.
Essential it just interpreting biometric information as sound.
The result is a uncanny soundscape that ALMOST sounds like music.
But its not, there’s no real pattern to it, even though your brain keeps looking for a pattern.
The affect is very alien, and uncanny.
