Quite a few countries had variants of the krag I believe, but there's definitely some Scandinavian influence with how I've designed the elves so far

The kobold's rifles are based on the SMLE MK.III but I made them shorter. The gargoyles have the gewehr98, and sometimes the tank gewehr. Goblins have a short M95, and harefolk usually have the berthier carbine.
