Soundtrack really amazing for this film, and seeing it on the big screen with cinema sound helped me realise something I'd never noticed at home watching the DVD. Its very subtle and cleverly done but Mozart changes his orchestration to suit Vienna audiences after a discussion with Saleri.
Have just found out that a remastered version of Amadeus is now in cinemas.
Love this movie. Heartily recommend it. Even if there are...

my friends are constantly buying pints and begging me to try it because "You might like wheat beer / Danish lager / Real Ale / Mild / Fruit beer / etc etc"
I've never liked beer.
Probably because I grew up near a Budweiser bottling plant and the apartment reeked of stale beer, it cut through everything. Unbearable even on just a mildly hot day.
BUT this beer is good!

I think the Beatles were okay when they were on drugs, but that obviously Pink Floyd had access to much better drugs.
I remember the first time I ever heard Oasis.
I was at a party and a friend said "you have to listen to this! They're just like the Beatles!"
I politely sat through an entire album, unmoved.
Silently concluded they were shite.
Have never listened again.
