So it's been a month. Looks like we're getting one bad redaction in RECAP per day. Once the detector is a bit more refined, I'll run it against the entire corpus.

I'm also going to re-up this one. Jeff, from Aloha Transport Assistance, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire day - which started for him at 0430 Eastern, and finished at 18:30 Hawaiian.
Skilled, compassionate, understanding, extremely experienced. Would not have made it without him.
I'm going to re-up this. And my deepest thanks to everyone who has contributed responses already.
I don't know what you mean about the photographer, Sean. She only made you look eight and a half years older.
This would include all speech challenging the abilities of those who hold official positions.
Such a rule should be *exceptionally* easy to justify from a First Amendment perspective.
If the complained-of speech implicates, in any way, the official act, functions, or ability to function of the government, it should be nonactionable under both the speech and redress clauses.
Given that the rest of us cannot (for all intents and purposes) sure federal employees who defame us, there should be a rule announced that applies the same type of official act analysis to determine whether federal employees can sue private parties for defamation.
Eh, I don't consider them more than OK - too many hallucinations.
One piece of advice I'll share from today:
Because dad has refused to travel to relocate before, we hired an experienced medical attendant to come with us.
It was not at all cheap, and we were initially deterred by the pricetag. It was worth every penny and then some.
Lots of good advice in the comments, and I'll try and take some time to both read and to comment on where peculiarities of our situation make some less applicable. (So others can get a sense of how specific factors might interact with general suggestions.)

I should add:
This has been in the works for a very long time. Which means, I suddenly realize, that I spent a ton of time focused on the mechanics of making it happen.
So now I'm sitting on the plane with them going "oh my god what next?"
If anyone has tips on:
1. Living with older parents you have moved in with you;
2. Living with a person with dementia;
I am all ears.
737-9
Presumably cheaper than bumping 30.
Yeah me too.
Haven't taken off yet, so no idea.
Captain said the options were LAX stop or bump 20-30 people.
San Diego to Honolulu.
Weight restrictions for takeoff from San Diego that don't apply at LAX.
Oh good. We have a tech stop at LAX for fuel.
Indeed, someone should commission me at all.
Overheard an inadvertent reenactment of the "who's on first" routine at dca this morning.
Passenger: "which way are the 'A' gates?
Store clerk (pointing): "the A gates are that way."
Passenger, also pointing: "that way?"
Store clerk: "Si. That way."
Passenger: "Wait, 'C' is that way??"

It’s just POLITE!!! (The greeting not the ruler beatings)
#Minecraft should make villagers only become fishmongers with fish barrels, not barrels. And you craft a fish barrel by... get this... crafting a barrel with a fish in it.
Doing this specifically for June - Pride Month - is particularly gross. And it's express that the state views all other families as less-than.
It's just saying that Tennessee thinks your non "husband-wife-and-child" family is *less than*, not that it's not a family at all.
Feels great, right?
Had a good morning recording the newest #CriticalReadings podcast. On Monday we start with Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
We also found out that lots of folks are leaving comments on platforms like Spotify, and we had no idea! We never got notifications.
Do I know anybody here that has experience scaling the sales/partnership side of a SAAS org? We've gotten nearly 1,000 new API users in Q1 and we're losing our minds. I'm sure there's a playbook here. Anybody been down this path or know somebody that has?
And consider installing X-Ray in your document pipeline! I'm going to the press with this soon. Don't be in the news. free.law/projects/x-ray
