There is absolutely nothing wrong with putting your elbows on the table. In fact, that’s a great place for them to be. You’ve got these built in props to rest on, you’d be a fool to deny yourself the comfort of using them.

It’s suddenly raining very very hard in a way I can only describe as Midwestern.
My Western Edge co-founder @leahsottile.bsky.social obtained the 911 calls related to this death. A worker who called for an ambulance described a man who was bleeding from some type of headwound and was blue in the face while some employees were told to keep working.

My former employer shared some fun archival photos of Passover Seders in Kansas City from back on olden times.
I’m in one of them 😂 (“pigtails at kids table)… in case you’ve ever wondered how big Kansas City’s Jewish community is.
When this EO was signed, someone urged US citizens by birth to think about how they'd establish their citizenship if birthright citizenship were eliminated and the ultimate conclusion of that thought experiment for most people would be "I can't." And that seems important to point out to people.
