I did like it. And your sauce sounds very good as well. I have many more fillets in the freezer so having other choices is great.
Two sole fillets in a white shallow bowl covering with the sauce described above and slices of lemon.
First time cooking with thin sole fillets. Baked @ 375 after seasoning with S&P, paprika and cayenne and then covering with a sauce of melted butter/olive oil/lemon juice/garlic/shallots/parsley and capers. 🍽️🍜

Pad "Ramen". Thai people have Pad Mama, a fav brand of instant noodles, stir fried with protein and veg. Cheap and easy.

I went to the practice round of the Masters the year John Daly first played after winning the PGA Championship in 1991. While it's not a hot dog or a pimento cheese sandwich as they serve in Augusta, it hit the spot!
