Nigel Farage keeps boasting about
how Reform candidates are 'carefully vetted'
So carefully, that they welcomed with open arms
a Tory councillor suspended amid allegations
he sent an unsolicited image of his βprivate partsβ

The SNP, if re-elected, has committed to shifting the diagnosis and treatment of uncomplicated age-related hearing loss into community-based care. This will free up capacity in hospitals and build on the strong progress the SNP has already made in bringing down waiting lists in the NHS π

If Nigel Farage does ever become Prime Minister, do you think the media will apply the same level of constant scrutiny and hatred to him as some parts do to Keir Starmer?
In serious times, I offer serious leadership.
I will cap essential food prices because people are struggling and it is the right thing to do.
And I will stand firm against Nigel Farage and the far right. Vote SNP to lock Reform out of government in Scotland.
Come on Anas! Own up! Youβve been lying again!
Reform MSP doubles down on claim 'Anas Sarwar offered Reform-Labour deal'

So now Labour as well as Farage's Reform have been caught out using bots to promote themselves on social media. I guess they can't be believed in real life *or* online.
Health visitors in England are key to Labourβs preventative strategy but theyβre plummeting there after two years in government while Scotland after 19 years of the SNP has four times as many per head, twice the essential continuity and twice the visits talkingupscotlandtwo.com/2026/04/20/h...
Are Labour politicians now telling us how crap it is for Scotland to be within the UK? Voting Labour is not really voting Labour? talkingupscotlandtwo.com/2026/04/20/a...
Starmer's man in Scotland - Anas Sarwar - apparently cosied-up to Farage's Reform UK MSP, Graham Simpson, on three separate occasions in Holyrood in a bid to βwork togetherβ, as well as the time Offord has mentioned.

In a country as wealthy as Scotland, nobody should be struggling to make ends meet.
While the UK Labour government sits on its hands, the SNP will always act to help people with the cost of living using all powers we have - including capping bus fares and essential food prices.
Kirkcaldy SNP had a busy stall on Kirkcaldy High Street today. Lots of positive conversations from interested voters! #VoteSNP for #ScottishIndependence
Our campaign bus is on the road - launched in Dundee and heading to Aberdeen.
From a Β£2 bus fare cap to tackling soaring food prices and expanding childcare, we will deliver practical help with the cost of living and bring hope with the fresh start of independence. π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
The SNPβs essential food price caps are compassion not communism as ITV claimed β short video talkingupscotlandtwo.com/2026/04/17/t...
Whether you vote by post or on May 7th, use your first vote for an SNP government that will deliver more cost of living support and a stronger NHS.
And use your second vote to deliver the fresh start of independence.

Once again Labour resorts to fabrication in their election leaflets for Scotland. Do the folk back at Labour HQ who create and distribute these things think no one here will notice or care?

I think this sums up what many people think: Scotland has improved enormously under the SNP, much more than England under the London parties in the same period. We need to protect that, as well as building for the future.

We will cap prices for essential food items, and cap all bus fares at Β£2.
We will go further in improving our NHS, with more GP walk-in centres across Scotland.
And we will bring hope with the fresh start of independence.
The SNP is always on Scotlandβs side. π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ

Nigel Farageβs inability to hide a deep dislike of being scrutinised is one his Achilles heels.
James Bembridge on X: Hate is too weak a word for what I feel towards the NHS. I'd tear it down and salt the earth upon which it stood.
Lovely people, these Reform UK candidates for the upcoming election, and great to know they're on our side.
Farage's visit to Scotland is one of the rare occasions when the most irritating living thing in the country isn't midges.
Over 10% of the NHS in England is now privatised.
The SNP have kept privatisation to less than 1% in Scotland.
All while maintaining lower waiting lists, higher doctor to patient ratios, no charge prescriptions, no hospital parking charges, no charge personal social care
and more hospital beds.
As UK Government fails 7 out of 10 targets for England, Scottish Government initiatives push Scotland well ahead of the rest of the UK in preserving nature but this is all they have to criticise it weeks before the Election talkingupscotlandtwo.com/2026/04/14/a...
At every press conference Farage and Badenoch should be asked about the absolute hell that Brexit has imposed on every UK citizen, just for the crime of doing business with our closest neighbours, or going on holiday.
