Join the EHPS Mentoring Standing Committee as Matching Officer! Are you organized and passionate about bringing EHPS people together? We are seeking a dedicated Matching Officer to closely work together in a team of two matching officers taking care of matching different mentee/mentor pairs for our mentoring programme. In this vital role, you will: • Closely work together with the other Matching Officer • Prepare mentor and mentee application templates to facilitate effective matching • Review applications for completeness and suitability • Match mentors and mentees based on relevant criteria • Follow up with mentor and mentee pairs during the first three months This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the EHPS, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and support the advancement of the mentoring programme across Europe.
