WHOA. Lewandowski is accused of demanding fees from a private prison company to steer them ICE contracts, at a time when he was widely known to be running DHS on Kristi Noem's behalf, then punishing them when they didn't pay up.
Congress should conduct a full and bipartisan investigation into this.

Kristi Noem has done a stunning amount of damage and it’s good she’s gone.
But this doesn’t change the fact that we need a complete overhaul of DHS, impartial investigations into the killings of two American citizens, and information on children that were taken from Minnesota.
For 4,000 years communities moved through the land where the Pecos and Devils Rivers feed into the Rio Grande. When CBP updated border wall maps last month they added a stretch across the Pecos River and Seminole Canyon State Park. Art that has survived for thousands of years will be desecrated.
Last week: The "One Big Beautiful Bill" did not include the provision that spared the La Lomita chapel, the Santa Ana refuge, or any other sensitive location, and a map posted by CBP indicates that Trump’s barrier will tear through them.
